Order queries?
- Find a product that you like.
- Click on the “Add to Bag” button.
- On the “Shopping Cart” page, check order details and click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
- On the “Checkout Details” page, fill in your details & choose a payment option. Click on the “Place Order” button.
- Pay in the next window.
- Note down your ‘Order ID’ for future reference.

Simply connect with us via WhatsApp and send in your Name, Email Id, Phone Number, and Complete address.
What if I have a complaint regarding my order?
You can get in touch with our team through the “Help” section on the website. Simply send an email to vasah.shipping@gmail.com or connect with us on WhatsApp for any complaint.

When will I receive the invoice for my order?
Once the order is confirmed you will receive the invoice to the registered mobile number within 24 hours
Does Vasah have a physical store?
Yes. Vasah India does have retail store in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

I now see the longer delivery time of (a part of) my order. How can I cancel it?
Delivery depends on the nature of payment,
For Prepaid Orders
As far as prepaid orders are concerned, Vasah India delivers to almost every location in India and across globe.
For COD
We don’t have Cash On Delivery for Domestic and International Orders.
Delivery queries?
Each product is delivered to the customer only after a stringent quality check process is cleared. The process is implemented at each stage of production, starting from the sourcing of the fabric, jewelry all the way down to the two final checks before it finally reaches our warehouse. Each garment and jewellery is made with an equal amount of love and passion.
Can I change the delivery address of my order?
The delivery address of your order can be changed if the order is still in PROCESSING status. You can check the order status from your order dashboard after you login to your account.
If your order is still in PROCESSING status, you can raise a request by contacting the customer care team on Whatsapp or emailing us at vasah.shipping@gmail.com
If your order status is not in PROCESSING status, no change in address is allowed.

Can I request to reschedule my order?
Till the order status is in PROCESSING status, you can reschedule the order by contacting the customer service team on WhatsApp or emailing us at vasah.shipping@gmail.com

After the product is shipped, we will not be able to honor your request to prioritize or delay the delivery. While we always strive to deliver your orders as fast as we can, delivery timelines depend on several factors, such as the courier service and your location.
However, you can coordinate with the delivery executive to reschedule the date & time of delivery of your order, once he/she gets in touch with you.
Do you ship Overseas?
Yes, Vasah India ships across the globe. For international orders, there is no ‘Cancellation / Return / Exchange’ available.
Shipping charge for international orders depends on the product(s) and it will be reflected on the checkout page once you input your complete delivery address on the checkout page.
Important: As you add more products to your order, the shipping cost per product decreases drastically.
Note: For international orders, Custom charges may be levied at the port of entry which needs to be fulfilled by the customer. These charges are calculated by the customs/relevant department of the importing country.
Jewellery care?
- Store your jewelry in a dry place away from humidity, moisture, and extreme temperatures.
- you should always store each piece of jewelry separately in its own box, or a zip lock bag to prevent scratching, chipping, or getting entangled.
- Remember to take off your jewellery when you are going to do any activity that may risk scratching, Knocking, or damaging your jewellery. Be especially careful with stones.
- Make sure chains and necklaces are fastened when storing to avoid tangling.
- Make sure to wrap your jewellery individually in a soft cloth while traveling to avoid any damage that can be caused by impact.
This is one of the simplest to follow rules to take care of your jewellery – always put on your jewellery last after makeup cosmetics and perfumes as these can potentially damage your jewellery.
The safest way to clean your jewellery is to wipe it with a clean, lint-free cloth. This keeps the surface clean.
If you have accidentally smeared makeup or perfume/ oils onto your jewellery, you can use a cotton cloth and wipe it after use. then store it in jeweller’s bag or soft cotton bag.
